Refunds and Returns Policy

We believe that you will love the Joe Pod® Coffee Converter, and find that it is a good value.  We certainly had fun making it, and want to keep improving it.  If you are unsatisfied, we want to know why.  Please review the following return/refund policy.

First 30 Days

If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after purchasing the Joe Pod® Coffee Converter, simply return all physical products we shipped to you before the end of that 30-day period and ask for a full refund of the purchase price. You will get your money back. We are a start-up and we cannot pay for your return postage or refund shipping and handling charges.  Please see the "Contact Us" section below for the refund process.

After 30 Days

After 30 days from purchase, we will not normally provide a refund.  If you have a compelling reason, we will listen, and we certainly want to know what there is about the Joe Pod® Coffee Converter that has dissatisfied you – particularly if it took more than a month to manifest itself.  Please let us know, and we will consider a refund, although that decision is in our sole discretion.

Email your refund requests to info@joepod.com.  Please include your order number and reason for requesting a refund.  Once we approve your return, we will assign you a RMA number to include with your return. 

Once you have received a RMA number, send your written refund requests together with the returned physical product by first class postal mail to:
